We received an upgrade to a Deluxe Suite, which was perfect for a week-long stay. The breakfast was delicious, had many choices which changed each day, and was kept well supplied throughout the sitting. Tables were quickly and continuously cleared during our breakfast. Although only one restaurant was functioning during our stay, we enjoyed several evening meals there. It will be even better, I am sure, when the upgrade to the Italian restaurant is completed. The pools were beautiful and we enjoyed many an hour in and around them in the shade bures. The beds were very comfortable and extra pillows were provided when we requested them. The staff were very attentive, particular in regard to Robert's 85th birthday, presenting him with a cake and card signed by them.

Staff were very friendly and the accommodation was clean and very accomadating. The food was was great and well priced. The half price cocktails at happy hour was definitely a winner (technically 4 hours of half price drinks). Relaxing by the pools was perfect and relaxing not over crowded or noisey and the gardens and grounds were well kept. Breakfast was great with a huge selection of foods to keep everyone happy. What we really loved was been greeted with a friendly smile everyday and the length the staff would go to, too accomadate our every need. The airport transfers were great and very comfortable, there is also daily shuttles to Kuta. Would definitely recommend the Patra to anyone wanting an enjoyable relaxing holiday.

The pools are maintained well and the swim-up bar was a highlight of our holiday. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The resort is well maintained and staff always greeted us throughout the day. We felt very safe here as well with security surrounding the resort. I really enjoyed my stay at the Patra, I had a relaxing time at the pool most days. The staff looked after us and I will be recommending the Patra to friends and family.

It is a hotel, in traditional style, no high rise tourist factory, well maintained and very clean. The hotel has one big swimming pool, one swimming pool for adults and one very little pool. The breakfast is very good. The shower is ok, and when there was a problem with hot water it was instantly solved by the staff. Service is very good. Everything is made easy so you can enjoy your vacation. You can book a bbq with a dance performance.

location, spacious and open air reception, big rooms with lounge, dressing area and huge king size bed open and indoor dining areas were ambient spacious the hotel grounds are extensive with a number of swimming pools and bale as well as sunbeds, and located right on the beach, sunsets are great....watch the jets come and go...... relax
